Erin and Lachie were a joy to work with. The workshop before the performance was stimulating and rewarding. We made beautiful sounds. Erin was encouraging, enthusiastic, informative and engaging. The performing experience alongside them was exhilarating

Performances

Broken Creek are known for their original take on folk traditions and thrilling musicianship on a multitude of acoustic instruments.

They take their audience on musical adventures through the highlands of Scotland, ballads of the Appalchian mountains, hypnotic old time banjo tunes, potent protest songs and original songs about Australian small town life with stories and fascinating historical tidbits woven inbetween.

Broken Creek are at home performing in diverse venues including country halls, city bandrooms, living room house concerts, rowdy Irish bars and festival stages.

Erin’s teaching style was so captivating, I was totally hooked...
Who’d have thought that, a person who couldn’t sing for 37 years would be in a choir? Thank you Erin and Lachlan for the generous opportunity to be part of something so wonderful
